Q. How long does a listing stay live?
A. Every listing stays active for 30 days from the moment your payment clears. Featured listings remain pinned to the top of their category for the same duration.
Q. What is the difference between Standard and Featured?
A. Standard listings appear in all searches and the main feed. Featured listings additionally get an accent border, pinned top placement in their category, logo display, and inclusion in the weekly digest.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. Yes. You have a 7-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase (art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code) for a full refund, and we also refund in full if a listing fails to go live due to a technical problem on our end. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
Q. Can I edit my listing after posting?
A. Yes. Employers can edit job details and company info from the dashboard at any time while the listing is active.
Q. How do candidates apply?
A. Every listing includes an Apply URL. When a candidate clicks Apply, they are sent directly to the link you provide. We do not host application forms.
